— To help his constituents find help with federal issues, Rep. Thomas Murt (R-Montgomery/Philadelphia) will host a staff member from the office of U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey for a special constituent service day.
The event will take place on Wednesday, March 6, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Murt’s district office, 19 S. York Road in Hatboro
“While we handle many state issues, we also help constituents with federal issues, like military benefits and Social Security,” Murt said. “By hosting Senator Toomey’s staff in my district office, constituents will be able to go directly to their federal representative without having to travel very far.”
During this casework event, representatives from Toomey’s staff will be available to assist constituents who are having problems with federal agencies and programs. Constituents are encouraged to bring with them copies of any documents they have received from the federal agencies related to their issues.
If you have any questions about this event, please call Murt’s district office at 215-674-3755.
