—At the request of Rep. Thomas Murt (R-Montgomery), Hatboro Borough has been awarded a grant for $250,000 by the state Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP).
“This funding will be a significant help to the borough as it upgrades Hatboro Borough Hall, which will reduce the pressure on local taxpayers,” Murt said.
Hatboro is making improvements to the Loller Building at Hatboro Borough Hall. The $250,000 in funding will help cover the costs of removing and replacing the building’s heating and air conditioning system. The total cost of the project is $1.3 million.
The Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) is a Commonwealth grant program administered by the Office of the Budget for the acquisition and construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational, and historical improvement projects.
